Let Your Consciousness Move into A State of Deep Stability
When you start doing soul practice in everyday living, you begin to see that you are not aware of your own doing, saying or thinking. As I told you in the message, that soul practice is to transform the state of consciousness from being unaware to awareness.
In meditation, you start from quieting down your mind and bringing it to a level of deep stability. In that state of tranquility, allow yourself to wait for the changing and awakening of consciousness. And this is an important process in soul practice.
