The karmic lessons in human relations usually demonstrated themselves in the following behavior patterns–
Things are agreed to you but not agreed to others. (It’s called reluctance.)
Things are known to you but not known to others. (it’s called concealment.)
Things are understood by you but not understood by others. (It’s called deceit.)
Things please you but do not please others. (It’s called selfishness.)

Things are agreed to you and also agreed to others. (It’s called respect.)
Things are understood by you and also understood by others. (It’s called transparency.)
Things are known to you and also known to others. (It’s called openness.)
Things are consented by you and also consented by others. (It’s called consensus.)
Things please you and also please others. (It’s called mutual benefits.)

You will not incur new karmic lessons in human relations if there are consensus on both sides.
